Organoleptic examination: it shows a beautiful garnet red color with slight orange reflections. On the nose the over-ripening of the grapes is immediately evident, with warm and honeyed, ethereal and floral hints. Afterwards a concert of aromas opens, plum, cherry, mint, truffle, caramel. In the mouth it is broad, tannic, enveloping, long and velvety. Despite the large structure, however, a good balance is appreciated which translates into great elegance. For aging well.
